Information you may provide
When making an enquiry, you may provide your name, organisation, email address, telephone number and message. A proposal enquiry may also include quantities, an indicative budget, preferred date, occasion, personalisation and delivery preferences.
Your name, email address and the required project information are needed to assess an enquiry; an organisation name is required for corporate gifting. Your telephone number and additional notes are optional. Without sufficient information, we may be unable to handle your enquiry. Provide only what is needed; this form does not require individual recipients' names or addresses.
When you use the form, the server validates your information and submits it to ACS by email through Resend. A customer confirmation is sent only after internal delivery is confirmed. The website has no enquiry database or queue. If delivery is uncertain, you can check the same enquiry again from the same page or contact us directly by email or telephone.
Why we process personal data
We use contact details and messages to answer your enquiry, discuss your wishes, prepare a proposal and communicate with you about it. Where you ask us, as an individual, to take steps towards an agreement, the processing is based on taking those steps or performing the agreement.
For business contact on behalf of an organisation and general enquiries, processing may be based on our legitimate interest in handling relevant business communications carefully. Our interest in technical security and preventing misuse is to maintain a safe, reliable website. We consider your privacy and limit data to what is necessary. Where processing is required by law, that legal obligation provides the basis.
An enquiry does not constitute consent to marketing. This form does not add you to a newsletter or advertising audience.
Website, logs and cookies
Technical visit data, such as an IP address, time, requested page and status information, may be processed for availability, troubleshooting and security. Vercel hosts the website. We use Upstash for misuse prevention with temporary counters and derived client identifiers, without message contents. Our application enquiry logs contain technical result codes only, not messages or contact details.
This website does not use application tracking, analytics cookies or advertising trackers. No CRM or enquiry database is connected. The current website therefore does not request cookie consent. If this changes, we will assess the information and consent requirements beforehand.
Who may receive personal data
Information is intended for ACS and is shared only where necessary for the purposes described or a legal obligation. Communication, hosting and technical service providers may be involved where they are actually used.
We use Resend for transactional email delivery. Resend processes the contact and enquiry information needed to deliver the internal enquiry and your confirmation. Hosting through Vercel and misuse prevention through Upstash also involve technical processing. Appropriate arrangements are required with processors, as are transfer safeguards where required for any transfer outside the European Economic Area. We do not sell your personal data.
How long information is retained
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or proposal and follow up relevant arrangements. We then remove information that is no longer needed. Where information remains necessary for a legal obligation or a specific dispute, we retain only what is required for as long as that reason applies.
Fixed retention periods have not yet been established for this website. Technical data is limited to what is needed for security and troubleshooting. The website processes enquiries in temporary memory and has no enquiry archive or queue for undelivered submissions.
Security
We restrict access to personal data and take appropriate technical and organisational measures. The form validates input on the server, limits request sizes and includes measures against misuse. Enquiry details are not included in URLs. Receipt is confirmed only after the server has confirmed delivery.
Your privacy rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or restriction of its processing. You may also object to processing based on a legitimate interest. Where the GDPR provides for it, you may request data portability.
Send your request to info@abdelhalimcs.nl. We may verify your identity in an appropriate way. We normally respond within one month. If a request is complex or needs more time, we will inform you within that month of the reason and the extended timeframe.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). You may also contact us first to discuss your concern.
Changes and contact
We update this statement when our website or processing changes. The date above shows when it was last updated. For privacy questions or requests, contact Abdelhalim Culinairy Services via info@abdelhalimcs.nl or +31 6 83190288.
